- Click "Sign Up as Parent" on the homepage
- Fill in your details (name, email, phone, password)
- Verify your email address via the link sent to your inbox
- Log in to your parent dashboard
- Add your first child (name, grade, subjects)
- Choose a subscription plan (Free, Premium, or Family)
- Complete payment (online via PayFast or manual bank deposit)
- Your child's account is activated — they can start learning!

- Click "Student Login" and enter your username and password
- Complete your profile (set preferences, choose language)

Common questions about using ASIFUNDE CHOMMIE
Students cannot create their own accounts. As a parent, you must first create your parent account, then add your children through your dashboard. Go to "My Children" → "Add New Child" and fill in their details. Each child will receive unique login credentials.
No. All student accounts must be created and managed by a parent account. This ensures parents maintain control over subscriptions and can monitor their children's progress effectively.
ASIFUNDE CHOMMIE works on any device with internet access — smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. Simply log in through your web browser. No app download required (though we're working on mobile apps for the future).
Log in to your parent dashboard and click on your child's name. You'll see their complete learning history, including videos watched, quizzes completed, scores achieved, and time spent on the platform. You can also download detailed progress reports.
We'll send you an email notification immediately. You'll have 7 days to update your payment information before the subscription is paused. Your child will retain access to free content during this grace period. Once payment is successful, premium access is restored immediately.
Yes! Each child can have a separate subscription (e.g., one on Free, one on Premium). Alternatively, use the Family Plan (R249/month) to give up to 3 children Premium access under one subscription — it's the most cost-effective option for multiple learners.

Currently, video lessons must be streamed online and cannot be downloaded. However, study materials (PDFs, notes, worksheets) can be downloaded for offline access. We're exploring offline video options for future updates.
